
Return Policy
At World on My Wall, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality framed prints, framed canvas, and canvas photography. We understand that sometimes a product may not be what you expected it to be. In that unlikely event, we invite you to review the following terms relating to returning a product.
Return Eligibility: You can return your purchase within 30 days of the receipt date. Please ensure that the item is in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
Non-returnable Items: Due to the custom nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on items that have been personalized or customized.
Damaged/Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 5 days of receiving the order to be eligible for a refund.
Please include supporting photo evidence of any damage noted at the time of delivery.
Refund Process: Once we receive your returned item, our team will review your request and inspect the item. We will send you an email to confirm that we’ve received your item and are processing your request. We’ll follow up with another email once the request has been processed to let you know if your return was approved.
Refund Timeframe: If approved, the money will be refunded to your original method of payment within two weeks. All payment companies are different in the amount of time it takes to confirm a payment, so it will likely take a minimum of a few days for the refund to show up in your bank statement.
Exchanges: In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, we’re happy to exchange the item for a new one. Please email customer service at support@worldonmywall.com within 5 days of receiving your product to begin the process.
Return Shipping: After you’ve submitted a return request to customer service, we will send you a PDF of a return shipping label. Please print it out and affix to your package. You are responsible for paying for the return shipping costs.
